On July 30, 2009, the Company discontinued its manufacturing and certain trading of PVC films. On December 31, 2009, the Company acquired Prolific Rich Limited and Grand Shining Limited. On July 30, 2009, the Company disposed its subsidiaries, which included Best Faith Plastic Products Limited, Bestway Plastic Products Limited and Bestget Plastic Products Limited.
