Value Convergence Holdings Limited (VC) is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of financial services. Its revenues principally arise from the financial services business consisting of securities, futures and options broking and dealing, provision of initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate finance related advisory services. It operates in three segments: brokerage, which is engaged in securities, futures and options broking and dealing, provision of margin financing and commercial loans to corporate customers and placing and underwriting services; corporate finance, which is engaged in the provision of corporate advisory services, and asset management, which is engaged in asset management services and trading. On February 10, 2010, it sold 9.9% interest in VC Capital Limited and VC Asset Management Limited.
