China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited (CR Power) is an investment holding company. The Company鈥檚 principal activities are to invest, develop, operate and manage power plants and coal projects with coal resources in China. It is engaged in two operating segments: sales of electricity (inclusive of supply of heat generated by thermal power plants) and coal mining. As at December 31, 2010, CR Power had 51 power plants in commercial operation. The total attributable operational generation capacity of the power plants held by the Company is 19,358 megawatt with 45% located in Eastern China, 19% located in Southern China, 19% located in Central China, 12% located in Northern China, and 5% located in Northeastern China. Its subsidiaries include China Resources Property Management Co., Ltd., China Resources (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Huaxing, Shanxi Jiurun Co. Ltd. and China Resources Cement (Pingnan) Limited. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired Xuzhou Huaxing.
