Suga International Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and sale of electronic products, moulds and plastic products. It operates in two segments: electronic products and moulds, and plastic products. The principal activities of subsidiaries is engaged in Trading of electronic products in Hong Kong, Manufacturing of electronic products in Mainland China, Property holding in Hong Kong and investment holding in Hong Kong. The Company鈥檚 segments also include electronic products and telecommunication products. It has operations in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macao. As of March 31, 2010, the Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Suga International Limited, Speedy Source Limited, Suga Electronics Limited, Suga Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, Suga Networks Hong Kong Limited and Suga Networks Equipment (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd.
