The Company operates in two business segments: sales of merchandise, including garments, labels and consumer electronic products, and provision of services, including procurement service and value-added services relating to the procurement agency business. The Company operates in Europe, Australia, Africa, North America, Hong Kong and other countries. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Benchmark Profits Limited, Dowry Peacock Group Limited, eServices (BVI) Limited, eServices Limited, Ever Eagle Limited and Golden Rules Enterprises Limited. As at April 30, 2010, the Company acquired remaining 60% interest in Dowry Peacock Group Limited.
