V.S. International Group Limited and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of plastic molded products and parts, assembling of electronic products and moulds design and fabrication. It operates in three segments: plastic injection and molding, which includes manufacturing and sale of plastic molded products and parts; assembling of electronic products, which includes assembling and sale of electronic products, including processing fees generated from assembling of electronic products, and mould design and fabrication, which includes manufacturing and sale of plastic injection moulds. It has two main production facilities in the People鈥檚 Republic of China, located at Zhuhai and Qingdao. Its geographical segments include The People鈥檚 Republic of China (other than Taiwan and Hong Kong), Hong Kong, Northern Asia, Europe, United States, South East Asia and others countries. In March 2010, it acquired a 10% interest in VSA Holding Hong Kong Co., Limited.
