China Agrotech Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the trading of fertilizers, pesticides and other agricultural products; the manufacture and sales of plant growth regulatory products, pesticides and fertilizers; the provision of plant protection technical services, and the trading of non-agricultural resources products. The Company operates in four segments: Trading operation, Manufacturing operation, Consultancy operation and Non-agricultural resources trading operation. The Company鈥檚 products include nitrogenous fertilizer, phosphorous fertilizer, potash fertilizer, compound fertilizer and pesticides. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, it disposed of two subsidiaries engaged in the production of phosphorous fertilisers and compound fertilisers respectively. The Company鈥檚 subsidiary is Topmart Limited.
