Telefield International (Holdings) Limited is a holding company. The Company鈥檚 business operations include electronics manufacturing services (EMS) business operations, licensed brand business operations and own brand business operations. EMS business is engaged in providing electronics manufacturing services; designs, develops, manufactures and sales of telecommunications and electronic products, and sale of communications products and multimedia products. Its licensed brand business includes manufacturing of electronic and electric products, and sale of telecommunications products. Its branded business includes manufacturing and distribution of small and medium business phone systems. It also assembles and distributes portable storage devices and multimedia products under the TrekStor brand. In November 2009, it acquired TrekStor GmbH & Co. KG. On December 31, 2009, Telefield Holdings Limited acquired Aiko Products Limited, and licensed brand business and own brand business.
