Water Oasis Group Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the distribution of ~H2O+ brand skin-care products in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China and Singapore, the distribution of Yves Rocher brand skin-care products in Mainland China and the distribution of Erno Laszlo brand skin-care products in Hong Kong. In addition, some of its principal subsidiaries own and are engaged in the distribution of Glycel brand skin-care products in Hong Kong and JM Makeup brand cosmetic products in Mainland China. Certain of its principal subsidiaries also engaged in the operation of spa and beauty centers in Hong Kong under the brand names Oasis Spa, Oasis Beauty, Aqua Beauty, Oasis Homme and Oasis Medical Centre, which provide a full spectrum of professional beauty services. It has two segments: Retail segment and Services segment. On May 28, 2010, it acquired Glycel business.
