Yueshou Environmental Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries is principally engaged in the property development, provision of installation services, sales of chemical agents and petroleum chemical products, provision of technical services of environmental protection operations and forestry business in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company operates in three segments: property development, environmental protection operations and forestry and logging operation. The Company鈥檚 operations are located in Hong Kong and the People鈥檚 Republic of China. On November 30, 2009, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Asiaone Forest Products Holdings Limited. The acquisition was completed on August 9, 2010.

In 2005, one of its technology patent as AG-2 series coal-fired sulphur fixing agents was recognized into the national "Prior Torch Development Plan". The group has been granted with the national first-class environmental-friendly device operation qualification certificate and the second-class-gas governing design national certificate in China. It has also passed the ISO9001 Quality Standard and the ISO14001 Environment Management System Certificate in the desulphurization engineering. In 2006, Guangzhou Yueshou Industry Co. Ltd. a wholly owned company under the group, was selected as one of the first batch experimental companies for circulatory economic cultivation in Guangdong province.
