BEP International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, it is engaged in the sale of home electrical appliances, electronic products and related plastic injection components, distribution and sale of electronic consumer products, and sourcing and sale of computer and related products. It has three segments: sale of home electrical appliances, electronic products and related plastic injection components; distribution and sale of electronic consumer products, and sourcing and sale of computer and related products. It focuses on supplying notebook and netbook computers, as well as related accessories to distributors in Southeast Asian countries. It is the distributor and sales agent of two premium Japanese brand imaging products. It also focuses on the sales of digital cameras and lenses to retailers in the southern and eastern region of the People鈥檚 Republic of China. On July 30, 2010, it disposed of Better Electrical Products Company Limited.

BEP International Holdings Limited (“BEP”) is a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2326) since March 2003.  BEP and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in manufacture and sale of home electrical appliances, electronic products and related plastic injection components; sourcing and sale of netbook computers and related products and accessories; and distribution and sale of electronic consumer products in the People’s Republic of China.
