Great World Company Holdings Ltd is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in telecommunications monitoring and mineral resources businesses in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2009), the Company is principally organized into two business divisions: assembly, distribution and integration of telecommunication products, and exploration, mining and processing of iron. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include China Bond Technology Limited, Hi-Smart Technology Limited, China Score International Holdings Limited and Luck Capital Enterprises Ltd. On January 20, 2009, the Company acquired a 51% interest in Feng Shan Xian Qian Xing Mining Industry Company Limited, which is engaged in the exploration, mining and processing of iron.
