Heng Xin China Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in wireless digital terrestrial television network equipment integrated business, digital cable television two-way conversion business, research, design, development on and manufacturing of electronic message security products, integrated circuits, and the integrated circuit solutions and the related services. It operates in four segments: encrypted integrated circuits, wireless digital audio integrated circuits, digital cable television two-way conversion and contracts for wireless digital terrestrial television. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company developed and implemented the provision of technology and equipment integration for wireless digital terrestrial television in Hunan and Hubei provinces.

The Group is engaged in the business of wireless digital TV equipment integrator and integrated circuits designer in China, mainly in advanced encryption IC, wireless digital audio IC, and system solutions.
