Global Link Communications Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company鈥檚 business segments include supply, development and integration of message communication and passenger information management system. It is engaged in developing telecommunication application software, intelligence video surveillance system, value-added telecommunication service system and broadband telecommunication system. The Company鈥檚 business can be subdivided into the People鈥檚 Republic of China (PRC) and Hong Kong markets. With core market in the PRC, major customers are city railway transportation companies, conglomerate for railway transportation project, backbone telecommunications operators, sizeable information services providers and national electricity operators. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include GL Limited, Hilltop Holdings Group Limited, Guangzhou Global Link Communications Inc. and Global Link Communications (HK) Limited.
