Its subsidiaries are engaged in investment holding, sales of software and hardware, sourcing of electronic parts and sales of optical display equipment, components and related technology.

The registered office of the Company is located at P.O. Box 309, Ugland House, South Church Street, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, British West Indies. The principal place of business in Hong Kong is located at Block C, 10 Floor, Cheong Wah Factory Building, 39-41 Sheung Heung Road, To Kwa Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The Company has its primary listing on the Growth Enterprise Market (“GEM”) of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). The principal activity of the Company is investment holding.
