China Vanguard Group Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates in four segments: distribution of natural supplementary products; provision of lottery-related hardware and software systems; provision of Karaoke CMS services and license fee collection business, and others, including catering services and sales of animal feeds. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, the Company discontinued its gas related, profit sharing right on oil field, trading of edible oil and mineral materials, boxes for storage of deceased cremated ashes and other ancestral properties, and paper-offering businesses. On May 27, 2010, the Company's subsidiary, Aptus Holdings Limited completed the acquisition of Casdon Management Limited (Casdon). Its other subsidiaries include Precise Result Profits Limited, China Success Enterprises Limited, Loyalion Limited, B & B Winery Limited, Natural Lives Company Limited and Step Gain Limited.
