Changjiang Securities Company Limited is principally engaged in the securities brokerage services. The Company primarily provides four categories of financial businesses: securities brokerage business, including acting trading of stocks, funds, warrants and bonds; securities self-operating business; securities underwriting business, including lead underwriting, co-lead underwriting and distribution of securities, as well as asset management business, including specific client asset management and collective asset management. The Company is also involved in financing and securities lending business, stock index futures business and financial derivative business, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three major subsidiaries and two associates, engaged in investment banking, futures, equity investment and fund businesses.
