Ming Kei Holdings Limited, formerly Ming Kei Energy Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company. It is engaged in investment holding and property investment in Hong Kong and the People鈥檚 Republic of China and businesses of general trading and mining in the People鈥檚 Republic of China respectively. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the mining segment, which comprise the mining, exploration and sale of coals in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. As of March 31, 2010, the Company鈥檚 two mines included Kaiyuan Open Pit Coal Mine and Zexu Open Pit Coal Mine, which is operated and managed by the Company are located in Bei Ta Mountain and Tai County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The property investment segment comprised investment in various properties for rental income purposes. Star Fortune International Group Company Limited and Star International Business Company Limited are the subsidiaries of the Company.
