ZheJiang BangJie Digital Knitting Share Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of seamless garments. The Company primarily provides underwear, sports clothes, leisure clothes and suits, among others. The Company provides its seamless garments through original design manufacture (ODM), original equipment manufacture (OEM) and original brand manufacture (OBM). The Company's major clients are overseas apparel retailers and purchasers, including C&A, ALDI, MAG, ZEEMAN, NKD, Kik and Winds, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company obtained all its total revenue from the sale of seamless garments.
