Guangdong Xinhui Meida Nylon Co., LTD. is a China-based company primarily engaged in chemical industry, chemical fiber business, as well as textile and dyeing industry. The Company鈥檚 main products include polyamide chips, polyamide filament yarns and dyed chemical fabrics, among others. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three major subsidiaries, which involved in manufacture, processing and sale of polyamide chips and synthetic fiber textiles.

Guangdong Xinhui Meida Nylon Co., Ltd, founded in 1984, is the first manufacturer to import the world level production equipments of PA6. It sets up an industrial structure layout which specializing macromolecule polymer and vertically integrating new fiber materials. After came into the market in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1997, Meida became the first listed stock company in PA6 industries of China mainland. At present, Meida is on the list of TOP 10 Enterprises of China’s Chemical Fiber Industry, 500 Key Enterprises in China, and TOP 50 Leading Industrial Enterprises in Guangdong Province. It also honored the title of The Company of AAA+ National Quality Assurance.

There are 3,500 staffs in Meida. Annual capacity reaches 200,000MT in PA6 Chips, 70,000MT in filament and 4,800MT in High Quality Knitted Fabrics. Annual turnover is about RMB 5 billion. Meida pass through ISO9001 Quality System Authentication and the PA6 filament is awarded National Silver Medal. There are Technical Centre and Postdoctoral Scientific Research Workstation as well as a large group of senior technical professionals. Meida is listed in Chinese High-tech Industries and Technological Innovation Industries by obtaining patents on many high-tech products.

Except for the factory which located in Xinhui, there are some subsidiaries such as Nanchong Meihua in Sichuan Province, Changde Meihua in Hunan Province, Heshan Meihua in Guangdong Province and some subsidiaries outside China mainland as well.
