As of December 31, 2010, the Company owned and operated a subsidiary engaged in the production and sale of industrial chemical products and an affiliate engaged in the production and sale of activated carbon.

And the annual output of calcium carbide,calcium cyanamide,dicyandiamide,dicyandiamide electronic-grade,and hydrochloric acid are 90,000 tons,40,000 tons,10,000 tons,1500 tons and 1200 tons respectively.The calcium cyanamide and dicyandiamide products won the title of"new products of national grade".The products are sold in the east,the southwest and the northwest of China and exported to Japan,the U.S,Germany and more than ten countries and areas in the Southeast Asia.
