Shandong Dacheng Pesticide Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of chemical fertilizers and other chemical products. The Company operates its businesses through chemical fertilizer business, which provides pesticides, fungicides and herbicides, among others, such as dichlorophos, omethoate, phoxim, paraquat and chlorothalonil, as well as chemical business, which offers products such as caustic soda. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two subsidiaries, which involved in electric power generation, urban heat supply, as well as manufacture and distribution of chemical materials.
