Boai NKY Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) products. The Company's products include PVP-K series, PVP-I series, PVP-P series and PVP/VA series, which cover industrial grade, cosmetics grade, food grade and pharmaceutical grade. The Company's PVP products are mainly used in daily chemical industry, medicine industry, liquor and drink industry, paint industry, textile industry and electronic industry, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company produced approximately 2,577 tons of PVP products. The Company distributes its products in both domestic and overseas markets, under the brand name of NKY.
