Shenyang Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. is principally engaged in the production and sale of chloro-alkali and petrochemical products. The Company's products are classified into four categories: petrochemical, chloro-alkali, tire molds and automobile paint. Its major products include polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, petrol, diesel, propylene oxide, propylene, caustic soda, crylic acid and acrylic ester. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company produced approximately 180,000 metric tons of caustic soda, 113,100 metric tons of PVC resin, as well as 117,000 metric tons of crylic acid and acrylic ester.
