ACHENG RELAY CO., LTD is a manufacturer of relay protection and electric power automation equipment. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of relay protection related equipment and controlling and protective panels. The Company鈥檚 main products consist of controlling and protective panels, relays and relay protection devices, automation and controlling equipment, as well as electronic engineering products. As of December 31, 2010, the Company owned and operated six major subsidiaries. The Company鈥檚 products are primarily distributed to domestic market in China, mainly to northeast and northern China.
