Pansoft Company Limited (Pansoft) is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions and services provider for the oil and gas industry in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company鈥檚 ERP software provides solutions regarding accounting, order processing, shipping, invoicing, inventory control and customer relationship management. It provides solutions for its clients鈥?application software systems, including system integration and legacy software expansion and integration, including systems applications and products (SAP), Oracle and banking systems. It also sells software subsystems and components. On June 3, 2010, the Company acquired 100% interest of ITLamp. It also owns a 100% interest in Pansoft (China) Co., Ltd. (PCCL). During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), it established a business department focusing on the development of solutions for coal mining industry. In April 2010, Pansoft acquired a 55% stake in HongAo Technology.
