Guizhou Changzheng Electric Co., Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of electrical equipment and automobile spare parts. The Company鈥檚 major products are high-voltage, medium-voltage, low-voltage and complete sets of electrical equipment, as well as automobile connecting bars, such as on-loading switches of power transformers, off-circuit tap-changers and solid closure vacuum circuit breakers, among others. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries, which involved in manufacture and distribution of electrical equipment and switches.
