Wanli Group Co., Ltd. Chongqing is principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of lead acid storage batteries, as well as recycling of nonferrous metal products. The Company鈥檚 major products are storage batteries, which are applied in internal combustion locomotives, railway passenger cars, electrical vehicles, load carriers, sightseeing buses and motorcycles, among others. It distributes its products primarily in domestic market. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained approximately 64.3% and 30.7% of its total revenue from lead acid storage batteries and nonferrous metal recycling, respectively.
