Guangdong Mingzhu Group Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the investment in and development of industries, trading, hydropower equipment manufacturing, and winemaking. The Company鈥檚 main business consists of the trading of commodities for infrastructures and daily use, and the manufacture, operation, research and development of hydropower equipment. The Company operates its businesses in domestic market, mainly in southern and central China. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company completed the disposal of 90% of the equity of Xingning Mingzhu Construction and Engineering Limited, 100% of the equity of Heyuan Zhenbang Real Estate Co., Ltd. and 95.33% of the equity of Guangdong Mingzhu Group Shaoguan Zhongli Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd.
