The Company provides instruments and equipment, digital control system engineering and other control system engineering, which are applied in industries such as thermal electric power generation, nuclear power generation and railway transportation. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had nine subsidiaries and affiliates, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of instruments and equipment.
