Shanghai SK Petroleum & Chemical Equipment Corporation Ltd is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and distribution of petroleum exploration equipment, petroleum well-control equipment, petroleum wellhead equipment and petroleum product analyzers, among others. The Company is also involved in the provision of the product related engineering technical services. Through its subsidiaries, the Company also provides integrated logging devices, well drilling devices, drill measuring devices, blowout preventers and preventer controlling devices, Christmas trees, well killing devices, as well as damming tube collection devices, among others. The Company distributes its products both in domestic markets and to overseas markets. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company obtained approximately 84% of its total revenue from the sale of its petroleum drilling and extraction devices.
