CDC Corp will acquire CDC Games from their subsidiary China.com to bring the unit directly under control of the company, according to a CDC announcement.

As part of the restructuring, CDC Corp will acquire CDC Games fro China.com for $110 million of which $50 million will be paid in cash and the other $60 million will come through an 18 month note bearing 5% interest per year.

Additionally, CDC Corp will pay up to $25 million to China.com in the event CDC Games completes a successful listing on certain recognized stock exchanges within the next 12 months.

The internal reconstruction plan was accompanied by China.com's entry into the online video sharing market through a new channel, V.china.com on Nov. 17.
