Tom Online's instant messaging (IM) tool Tom-Skype announced on November 16 that China is Skype's largest market in terms of user number and user activity. Skype currently has more than 51 million registered Chinese users out of 200 million registered users worldwide. Skype entered the Chinese market in 2004.
