Da An Gene Co., Ltd. of Sun Yat-Sen University announced that it will pay the cash dividend of RMB 0.008 per 10 shares (after tax) and stock dividend of one share per 10 shares, and use the additional paid-in capital to distribute one new share for every 10 shares to shareholders recorded on June 16, 2011. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-right on June 17, 2011.
