JAC and Brazil automobile HSC signed exclusive dealership agreement in Aug 2010, with the aim to develop the Brazil market. Within one year, business in Brazil has achieved initial success. During Jan. to Jul. 2011, sales volume of JAC car accumulated to 68 thousand, up 37.2% year on year, wherein 46 thousand cars were exported.

Currently, JAC has one office, 46 high standard 4S shops and many other maintenance service networks in Brazil. With the purpose of enlarging its market share in Brazil, JAC announced on 2 Aug. 2011, that it will invest USD600 million to set up factory in Brazil, which will be put into operation in 2014 with planned capacity of 100 thousand cars. At present, Brazil has become the 4th automobile market worldwide, whose market potential is significantly huge. It is predicted that the continuous improvement market layout in Brazil will further drive the sales of JAP cars.
