Yunnan Yunwei Company Limited announced that its subsidiary plans to set up a joint venture with a Qujing-based gas supply company, a Yunnan-based coking company and Ma Yufu, with the subsidiary to hold a 34.375% stake in the joint venture. The joint venture will be engaged in coal selection business.
