Lianhe Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will invest RMB 10,062,000 to set up a joint venture with the Company's 96.84%-owned subsidiary, a Jiangsu-based technology company, with each to hold a 90% and a 10% stake. The joint venture will be with a registered capital of RMB 11.18 million and be engaged in the development and research of chemical process, and sale of chemical industrial raw materials and precise chemicals.
