Shenzhen Development Bank (or ?the Company?) hereby announces that in order to prepare for material event, avoid abnormal fluctuation of the Company?s stock price, protect the interest of investors and ensure fair information disclosure, the Company?s stock trading (Stock Name: SDB A; Stock Code: 000001) will be suspended for one day on Aug. 17 as applied with regulators and pursuant to applicable rules and provisions of China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The Company will release relevant announcement on Aug. 18, 2011 and resume trading the same day.
