August 18 -- ZYNP Corporation (002448) filed it will raise 544 million yuan from a private placement of 25 million shares at 29.42 yuan per share, reports yicai.com. The placement will fund the production of new type energy-efficient motor cylinder sleeve, which is currently under review.

The program will raise cylinder sleeve capacity by 13 million pieces annually, including eight million pieces for passenger vehicles and five million pieces for commercial vehicles.
