Xinjiang West Construction Co Ltd announced that it will invest RMB 18 million to set up a joint venture with a Xinjiang-based industrial equipment installation company, with each to hold a 12% and an 88% stake. The joint venture will be with a registered capital of RMB 150 million and be engaged in the business of chemical containers and structural manufacture.
