August 23 -- Beijing Capital Development (600376) filed that it acquired land in Huludao city, Liaoning province, and Jiangsu Hongdou Industry (600400) reported that it acquired a tract of land in Wuxi city, Jiangsu province, reports yicai.com.

Capital Development spent 655 million yuan to acquire 10 plots of land in Dayushan district, Huludao, with total floor area of 1.2138 million square meters. The tracts will be used to develop commercial homes.

Hongdou Industry’s subsidiary, Wuxi Hongdou Property, spent 198 million yuan to acquire a plot in Xishan district, Wuxi, with total floor area of 57,050 square meters. Hongdou Industry will use the land to develop office buildings or commercial homes.
