Winner Medical Group, Inc announced that the Company partners with two strategic individual investors to establish Shenzhen PurCotton E-Commerce Co., Ltd.(PurCotton E-Commerce), aiming to further build PurCotton brand and deliver high quality cotton consumer products. The business registration of PurCotton E-Commerce, an entity located in Shenzhen, is in the process. According to the cooperation agreement signed by the Company and the two strategic individual investors, the Company will hold 70% shares of PurCotton E-Commerce, with the remaining 30% held by other two parties mentioned.
