BEIJING, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- China's stocks ended lower at midday Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.94 percent, or 22.66 points, to close the morning session at 2,392.47.

The Shenzhen Component Index lost 0.88 percent, or 88.47 points, to close at 9,945.32.
