Shougang Concord Technology (00521.HK) announced that, on 12 December 2011, it entered into an agreement with the China Glory Management Limited to sell Santai Electronics Limited to China Glory for RMB43 million (HK$52.675 million).

On the same day, Shougang Concord Technology agreed to sell Aberdeen Investments Limited to Winteractive Development Limited for RMB10 million (HK$12.25 million).
