Industrial Bank (601166.SH)plans to inject two billion yuan into Industrial International Trusts Limited, reports 163.com, citing a company filing.

Industrial Bank will also inject three billion yuan into Industrial Finance Leasing Limited, of which 1.5 billion yuan will be paid this year. The remainder will be paid in 2012, when the capital adequacy ratio meets regulatory requirements. Industrial Bank formed the leasing firm in August 2010 with registered capital of two billion yuan.

It is reported that Industrial Finance Leasing Limited’s businesses cover banking, securities and trusts but not insurance.
