November 4 -- Henan Tong-da Cable (002560.SZ), a producer of aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR), won a $16.53 million contract from Proyectos De Infrastructura Del Peru S.A.C, to supply 5,230 tons of aluminum alloy core wires cross, and another 20 tons of aluminum-cladding wire cross, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

The value of the contract is equivalent to 13.55 percent of the total sales generated in 2010.

In addition, Tong-da Cable announced yesterday that it won a 67.17 million yuan contract to supply 3,908 tons of steel-cored aluminum wire cross to the State Grid.
