Proview International (HKG:0334) announced that it submitted on 13 June 2012 a resumption proposal to the Stock Exchange to seek their approval for the resumption of trading in its shares.

As set out in Proview International's announcement dated 7 March 2012, a hearing was conducted by the Higher People's Court of Guangdong Province on 29 February 2012 in relation to the appeal lodged by Apple Inc. and IP Application Development Limited on the first instance judgment made by the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court on 17 November 2011. As at 15 June 2012, the Higher People's Court of Guangdong Province is yet to grant a judgment on the appeal.

Proview International also announced that Fubon Insurance Co., Limited lodged an appeal in the Higher People's Court of Guangdong Province on 10 April 2012. The appeal is in relation to the first instance judgment made by the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court on 27 March 2012 rejecting the bankruptcy application filed by Fubon against Proview Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited.

Proview International has formed an investigation committee in respect of various allegations leveled against Rowell Yang Rong-san (the former chairman and chief executive officer of the company) over misappropriation of the company's assets.
