Beijing Xidan Market Company Limited announced that it plans to acquire the remaining 2% stake in a Xinjiang-based department store and a Lanzhou-based department store, owned by a Qinghai-based department store, at RMB 200,000 and RMB 800,000. After that, the Company will hold a 100% stake in the Xinjiang-based department store and Lanzhou-based department store.
