Tan Chong International Ltd. announced that Board has declared an interim dividend of HK$0.015 (2010: HK$0.015) per ordinary share on the shares in issue amounting to a total of HK$30,200,000 (2010: HK$30,200,000), which will be payable on September 6, 2011 to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members on August 31, 2011. Dividend warrants will be sent to shareholders on September 6, 2011.
