July 4 -- Zhejiang Hangmin (600987), a company which produces and sells textiles, printing and dyeing products, plans to issue 550 million yuan worth of corporate bonds with terms of less than five years, reports stcn.com, citing a company filing.

According to the company, funds raised will be used to repay bank loans, optimize its debt structure, and to replenish working capital.
